We collect what we need to book your visit and do the work: your name, phone number, email, address and what you tell us is happening.

How we use it

To call you back and book the visit.
To write your ticket and keep a record of the work at your address.
To apply for a permit when the work needs one.

Who sees it

Our office and the electrician on your job see it. If a permit is needed, your town's building department sees what it requires. We don't sell your information or share it for marketing.

Photos

The electrician photographs the work and what is behind the cover to show you. Those stay with the job record. We don't photograph your belongings.

Your choices
