Our code
The code every visit follows
Eight lines, short enough that every electrician here can say them from memory. If a visit falls short of one, tell us.
- 01
Step 1: We tell you the price before we start.
Always in writing, always for the whole job. If it changes, you approve the change first.
- 02
Step 2: We look before we talk.
Nobody names a price from the doorway. We find the cause, photograph it and show you.
- 03
Step 3: We don't sell what you don't need.
If the answer is "not yet", we say so, and we put it on the ticket for later.
- 04
Step 4: We treat your house like ours.
Shoe covers on at the door, a runner to the work, tools on a mat and a vacuum at the end.
- 05
Step 5: We show you what we changed.
The old part goes in the bag after you've seen it. You can keep it.
- 06
Step 6: We pull permits where they're needed.
The ticket says who files it and what the fee is. We don't skip it to save you money.
- 07
Step 7: We say what we can't do.
If a job isn't ours, we tell you, and where we can, we point you to someone who does it.
- 08
Step 8: We stand behind the ticket.
If the work doesn't match what was written, call us. We'll come back and talk about it.

If we fall short of any of these, you can call me. The office number is on every ticket, and I read what comes in.
